- • It is measured differently depending on the country you live in and the weight of the product you ordered.
• Customs duties and taxes are set differently depending on the country you are shipping to.
Basically, if the payment includes customs duties and taxes, IPX is responsible for the customs duties and taxes.
However, in countries where there is an option to pay customs duties and taxes, responsibility varies depending on the option selected.
For customers who choose the option to pay the incurred costs at a later date, the refund criteria will vary depending on whether or not the payment was made.

• If a customer orders a quantity that exceeds the capacity of the box, it may be divided into multiple boxes and packed, and the arrival date may vary accordingly. - [RETURNS & EXCHANGES]
- Please choose items carefully before making your purchase. Any returns or exchanges due to customer's change of mind are only accepted within seven (7) days from the receipt of the Goods.
