Each eligible album purchased includes 1 event entry and 1 random Meet & Call exclusive photocard (1 out of 8 designs).

※ Purchase 8 Meet & Call eligible Photobook ver. albums to receive all 8 Meet & Call exclusive photocards without duplicates. Album quantities are combined across the A / DIARY / Z versions.

Meet & Call exclusive photocards feature different images from the regular pre-order benefit photocards.

■ How to Enter

1. On the Meet & Call eligible product page, select the event you wish to enter (in-person fansign or video call). For a video call, also select the member you wish to enter for.
2. Purchase the selected product to receive entries for the selected event based on the number of eligible albums purchased.
For the in-person fansign, album quantities purchased across A / DIARY / Z are combined to determine the number of entries.

For video calls, A / DIARY / Z album quantities are combined for each selected member to determine the number of entries for that member.

Entry registration and winner selection will be handled by LINE FRIENDS SQUARE ONLINE.

■ Participation and Identity Verification

The entrant’s name must match the name on the ID they will present for identity verification at the event.

Only the selected winner may participate. Transferring or selling the right to participate, or participating by proxy, is not permitted.

Winners’ identities will be verified at the event. Accepted IDs and preparation requirements will be provided to winners individually.

■ Individual Notice to Winners

※ LINE FRIENDS SQUARE will select winners and contact them initially. Information required for event participation will be confirmed and collected individually from winners.

※ (주)헬로라이브 (hellolive) will handle subsequent event details, identity verification, operation of the in-person fansign and video calls, and related inquiries.

For the in-person fansign, the exact venue, attendance time, check-in procedures, items to bring, and on-site guidelines will be provided to winners individually.

Each video call will take place on a 1:1 basis between the winner and the selected member. The call schedule, participation method, connection procedures, and preparation requirements will be provided to winners individually.

■ Personal Information Collection and Processing Notice

※ Event operations will be entrusted to (주)헬로라이브 to provide event details, verify identities, operate the in-person fansign and video calls, and respond to related inquiries.

※ For these purposes, winners’ full names, dates of birth, contact phone numbers, and email addresses will be provided to (주)헬로라이브. Video call winners will also need to provide their hellolive ID.

※ Personal information provided to (주)헬로라이브 will be used solely to operate this event and will be destroyed within seven days after the event ends.

※ When winners are announced, they will be separately asked to consent to the collection and use of personal information required for event participation.

※ Details regarding the collection and entrusted processing of personal information will be provided separately before the information is collected or transferred. Collection and transfer will proceed only after the required personal information processing procedures have been completed.
