• Membership levels are based on your orders in the past 12 months and update on the 1st of each month.
• Benefits and criteria may change with notice.

Coupon Information
• Membership updates and coupons are processed from midnight on the 1st.
• If your coupon is not visible, please check again after approximately one hour.
• Some items may not be eligible. Look for "Coupon Not Applicable" at checkout.
• Cart coupons apply to eligible items. One cart coupon per order.
• Coupons are applied based on the order amount excluding shipping fees.
• Expired coupons will be automatically invalidated and cannot be reissued.
• Eligible products and coupon usage periods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice due to brand or company policies.
• Product coupons marked as “stackable” can be used together with cart coupons.
• If the discount amount exceeds the item price or total order value, the coupon cannot be applied.

Coupon Exchange / Return / Cancellation
• Coupons will not be reissued for cancellations or returns made due to a change of mind after the expiration date.
• If only part of the order is canceled or returned and any item with a coupon discount remains, the coupon will not be reissued.
• If a partial cancellation or return results in the order no longer meeting the minimum amount required for coupon use, the refund will be processed after deducting the discount amount applied by the coupon.
