Any reasons allowed by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
Customer may cancel his/her purchase order within three (3) months after his/her receipt of the Goods if the Goods are different from the display or advertisement or any Services were different from the contract terms between Customer and the Mall, or within thirty (30) days from the day when Customer had knowledge that the Goods were substantially different from the display or advertisement of the Goods or any Services were different from the contract terms between Customer and the Mall. - For faulty or defective products, please send your request for Returns and Exchanges to Contact Us with the information on the Returns or Exchange Goods such as product name and quantity, Order Number and a image photo or video of such faulty or defective products.
